Do I have Arachnaphobia?

I’m 11 and I am very scared of spiders!. I can’t even look at one climbing on a wall in my house. I live in scotland so the spiders here are pretty small!.

I don’t like going into a place where I’ve seen a spider before. I get scared by little toys and pictures in books of spiders.

Do I have Araghnaphobia or is it all in my head?

If I do how do I make it go away

Arachnophobia = A fear of spiders.

You have a fear of spiders, so the obvious answer is that yes you have arachnophobia.

As for making it go away, I would suggest looking at lots of pictures of spiders on the internet to get used to the way they look. Also go to pet stores and look at, and maybe ask to handle the tarantulas.
