What was your best camping experience?

It was when I was on an offshore island and when we were made to do the vertical challenges like flying fox, confidence jump into the sea with a life jacket, rock-climbing and kayaking! It was so fun!

I`ve had many, more exciting campouts, but the one that will always stick out in my mind is the one in Maine.
I had a fire going for three days and the coals were just right for the steaks I had bought in town.
We have eaten in fine restaurants, but never had such tender and delicious steaks. My kids, who were 7 & 4,still remember that meal 50 years later.
