Man climbing up my front wall?? help plz really scared,whats going on:>>>?

Ok i was watching tv in my bedroom,im 16 and im in the house alone 2nite. I was watching tv in my room and this was like 5 mins ago and i heard clattering on the window so i opened the blinds and there was this man with ladders climbing up and i quickly ran and locked myself in the back room and closed all the curtains.

He had like long brown hair, bg sunglasses and a white suit…its about 11:33 at night anyway ive just gone back and looked out the window and he seems to be…with a camera filming the veiw from the ladders,like filming all the houses across the street and luaghing really loud.

This sounds so weird , my mobiles got no credit and i dont want to call the cops cos hes not doing anything like killing just bein weird. wtf??? sorry for my bad spelling im rushing cos im scared!!!!!
